We have revised our pricing to be as competitive as possible during these difficult economic times. As further inducement, we are splitting the taxes for 2011 and 2012. We'll pay the county tax while you will only have to pay the state tax.

A deposit of $250 USD is required to confirm a reservation. This deposit also acts as a security deposit. After a satisfactory inspection by our management company, the deposit will be refunded.

Pool heat is available for $20 USD/Night (Recommended from October through April). Pool heat must match length of stay.

These rates include cleaning costs for stays of 7 nights or more.

Minimum 4 night stay required.

Cleaning cost is $75 for stays less than 7 nights.
